Description:
Export to excel (data only) does not honor the formatting of date fields in Clarity according to language and regional settings of the PC if the language setting of the Clarity account settings is set to English in r12.1.1.
If the language setting of the Clarity account settings is set to anything except English, the date format honors the PC’s regional settings: tried French, Spanish, Italian, and German.
Steps to Reproduce:

    1. Login to Clarity

    1. Set the user account to UK locale

    1. Set the language and regional settings of the PC to the UK

    1. Go to the project list and add the start or finish date to the view

    1. The date fields are shown as DD/MM/YYYY

    Export to excel (data only)
